Vielight Products
Coverage Period: 2 years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Electronic component failures under normal use
- Device malfunction not caused by user error
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, breakage)
- Water or liquid damage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear on consumable parts
- Damage resulting from improper use
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Email support@blackmarlinzone.com
- Include your order number and proof of purchase
- Attach clear photos or video of the defect
- Our team will coordinate directly with Vielight Inc. on your behalf
Processing Time: 7–21 business days depending on manufacturer assessment.
