Standard Individual Purchases

For standard product purchases, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery if you experience any issues with your order. We will work with you and the manufacturer to find an appropriate resolution.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation. We will coordinate a resolution with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Enterprise & Bulk Orders

Enterprise and bulk orders are subject to the terms outlined in your enterprise agreement. Contact corporate@blackmarlinzone.com for details.

Hyperbaric Chambers & Custom Installations

Due to the specialized nature of hyperbaric chambers and custom installation orders, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Within 48 hours of order confirmation: Full refund available. "Order confirmation" is defined as the email confirmation sent by Black Marlin Zone LLC upon successful payment processing.
  • After 48 hours but before installation coordination commences: Subject to a 20% restocking fee. "Installation coordination commences" is defined as the point at which Black Marlin Zone LLC initiates contact with the manufacturer-certified installation team on your behalf, which typically occurs within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • After installation coordination has commenced: Orders are non-refundable. You will be notified by email when installation coordination has been initiated.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@blackmarlinzone.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of return confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
